One Day State Level Conference on Accreditation: The Way Ahead

The S. P. College (Autonomous) Pune was invited to make a poster presentation at the One Day State Level Conference on Accreditation: The Way Ahead. This was organised by the University of Mumbai, in association with Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (Maharashtra), under UGC, HRDC, University of Mumbai on 11th November 2022.

 

The College deputed 2 faculty members to make the presentation.
1. Prof (Dr.) Manojkumar Devne and
2. Dr. Sucheta Gaikwad.

 
 

 

The Poster was themed at 2 major aspects of the NEP. It carried best practices of the College which aligned with the NEP. First was under Equity and Inclusion, where the college showcased its special activity for the differently abled students, which is practiced under DIVYAZEP. The poster explained details of the activities under practice for all categories of different abled students and sensitising their peers. Details were explained by the faculty deputed for the presentation.

  

The second being, Critical Thinking and Creativity, in which the college presented a list of activities conducted for enhancing this aspect in the students through, The Science Association and all the unique activities carried out by it. It further included the mention of CALYX, an inhouse publication for the students. Also, the distinct, departmental festivals and competition with a special mention of Madhava Mathematics in particular, with others.

 

The members of the IQAC and the NEP preparedness committee supported with the basic inputs required in the form of idea, design, and layout of the poster.
