i2We- 6-day Leadership Development Program Organised by we School

 

WeSchool has organised a Short-Term Training Program (STTP) ‘i2We- 6-day Leadership Development Program’ from 30th Jan to 4th Feb 2023. This program is sponsored by AICTE and is exclusively focused on developing leadership capability in individuals for enhanced contribution in their respective institutions. Around 45 participants who are Faculty Members and Administrators from educational institutions with the potential of assuming higher / larger responsibility in a leadership role have registered for this program.

 

The Chief Guest of the inauguration ceremony Padma Bhushan Prof Jagdish Sheth’s (Emory University, USA) shared his inspirational address on different facets of leadership. The Guest of Honour, Adv. Shri S. K. Jain, Chairman of Managing Council - S. P. Mandali addressed the participants and shared his pearls of wisdom on various aspects of leadership.
